Returns & Warranty

At GRUV. Eyewear, we design every pair with precision and care. To ensure complete confidence in your purchase, we offer both a 100-day warranty and a streamlined return experience.

100-day warranty

Every pair of GRUV. sunglasses is covered by our 100-day warranty from the date of delivery.

This warranty applies to manufacturing defects, including:

  • Lenses with scratches upon arrival
  • Loose or misaligned temples
  • Any fault in materials or craftsmanship

If you encounter an issue, simply contact us within the warranty period. Our team will review your request and may ask for photos or for the item to be returned for inspection.

All products are carefully assessed. The warranty covers manufacturing defects only and does not apply to damage caused by misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear.

If a defect is confirmed, we will:

  • Repair your sunglasses, or
  • Replace them with the same or a comparable model

Returns & Exchanges

If you change your mind, you may request a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible:

  • Items must be unused and in original condition
  • Sunglasses must be returned with original packaging

Once your return is received and approved, we will:

  • Issue a refund to your original payment method, or
  • Process an exchange, depending on your preference

Please note:

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
